Full Job Description Job Summary:
Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Overtime possibilities!! Starting pay
- $15 hourly, paid weekly!
Seasonal timeframe:
September through December Potential to become a regular full time employee!! We are a local home fragrance & cleaning product manufacturer established in 2018. We're seeking Seasonal Production Associates to join our team through the holiday season. We will train you to operate machinery, package products, and ensure quality control throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Package and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
