Day Shift and Night Shift United Southwest Components, LLC is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Gonzales, Texas. We manufacture wood roof trusses, wood floor trusses, and wood wall panels and are currently hiring for multiple manufacturing positions.

Current openings include:

Truss Assemblers Saw Operators Forklift Operators Experience in truss manufacturing or skilled framing is preferred , but it is not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates. What We're Looking For Ideal candidates are dependable, hard-working, able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and willing to learn. Previous truss manufacturing, framing, saw operation, forklift, or related construction/manufacturing experience is a plus. Pay & Schedule Starting pay is $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience . Both day and night shift positions are available.
