DTF & DTG

Production Associate to join our garment printing team. No previous printing experience is required. We will train the right person. This is a hands-on production position where you will learn how to operate professional garment printing equipment, prepare orders, print DTF transfers and DTG garments, and make sure finished products meet our quality standards. Job Responsibilities You will be trained to help with: Operating DTF printing equipment Operating DTG garment printers Printing T-shirts, hoodies, and other garments Loading and positioning garments correctly on the printer Making sure designs are centered and placed correctly Applying DTF transfers using commercial heat presses Properly drying and curing DTG printed garments Preparing garments before printing Checking prints for quality, color, placement, and defects Cutting, organizing, rolling, and packaging DTF gang sheets Sorting and organizing customer orders Folding and packing completed garments Keeping the production area clean and organized Performing basic daily machine cleaning and maintenance Following production instructions and order specifications Receiving inventory Managing customer orders Working efficiently while maintaining consistent quality What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Willing to learn Comfortable working with computers and production equipment Detail-oriented Able to follow instructions carefully Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to stay organized while working on multiple orders Able to notice printing defects or incorrect placement Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to work well independently and as part of a team Experience No DTF or DTG experience is required. We will provide training on our equipment, printing process, quality standards, and production workflow. Previous experience in printing, screen printing, embroidery, warehouse production, fulfillment, manufacturing, or apparel is a plus, but not required . Important We are looking for someone who wants to learn and become comfortable operating production equipment. Attention to detail is extremely important. Our customers expect their orders to have clean prints, correct placement, and consistent quality. Reliability and attendance are also very important for this position.
