Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Follow production schedules and work instructions Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, assembly, warehouse, or packing experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work any available shift
