URETHANE TECHNICIAN - MACHINE START UP

Job description: We are seeking a skilled Urethane Machine Startup Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate various urethane manufacturing equipment Conduct machine startup processes to prepare for production Weigh out material for production Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications. Rebuilt dispensing pumps as needed Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols. Document production data and report any discrepancies or concerns to management. Assist in open cast & injection molding of polyurethane parts Qualifications Proficiency in using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. Experience with quality inspection processes and standards. Familiarity with polyurethane is preferred. Knowledge of basic math principles for measurements and calculations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
