2nd Shift General Production Assembly We are hiring a General Production Associate for a production department in Houston, Texas. This role supports manufacturing and assembly operations by operating machinery, following standard operating procedures, maintaining safety standards, and helping produce high-quality products efficiently. The position requires close coordination with the plant manager, team leaders, machine operators, and the HSE manager to maintain production flow, quality control, and workplace safety. The work includes production tasks, assembly-related tasks, packaging support, workplace cleaning, and accurate documentation throughout the shift. The schedule for this position is Monday through Saturday, 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM, with pay at $18 per hour. Benefits Pay rate is $18 per hour for the assigned 2nd shift schedule. Scheduled hours are Monday through Saturday from 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM. The role provides direct experience in production, assembly, packaging, and quality control operations. What You Will Do? Execute manufacturing process tasks while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines accurately. Operate machinery and support production activities to help meet output and quality targets. Monitor product quality during production, perform inspections, and report deviations or defects promptly. Assist with assembly-related tasks, packaging activities, and workplace cleaning during and after each shift. Maintain accurate production records, including counts, machine logs, and quality control checks. Communicate production issues and relevant information to supervisors and designated personnel as required. Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing feedback and suggestions to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Your Skills Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines with accuracy. Previous warehouse experience is an asset for this production environment. Experience operating production machinery and tools is an asset. Strong attention to detail is needed to identify quality issues and production deviations. Ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. English is required, and Spanish is a plus for daily workplace communication. Ability to maintain accurate records and complete documentation consistently. Interested? Pay Details:
