On-Site Job Description A leading design and fabrication company is seeking a Robot Operator Helper to support robotic welding operations by assisting with part preparation, material movement, production flow, and basic quality checks. The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail-oriented manufacturing professional with a strong work ethic, basic fabrication knowledge, and the ability to support robotic welding operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Working under general supervision, this role plays an important part in helping maintain production efficiency, quality standards, and safe work practices.Salary:

Support robotic welding operations by preparing parts and materials for production. Clean parts and remove debris prior to welding operations. Assist with loading and unloading parts from robotic welding cells. Help assemble parts according to drawings and production specifications. Support the removal of completed parts from the work area and prepare them for the next production stage. Perform basic visual checks to help identify obvious weld or quality concerns. Assist with tracking production information, paperwork, or data entry as required. Help maintain welding supplies, materials, and general readiness for the next shift. Support housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Notify leads or supervisors of unsafe conditions, malfunctioning equipment, or production concerns. Follow all company safety and quality procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or manage.
