Job Description

General Production Associate We are seeking a General Production Associate for a production department in Houston, Texas. This position supports manufacturing and assembly operations by executing production tasks, operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The role is focused on producing high-quality products efficiently while helping maintain production targets, product quality, and workplace safety. The associate will work closely with the plant manager, team leaders, machine operators, and the HSE Manager to support smooth daily operations. This is a 2nd shift position with a pay rate of $20 per hour. Press brake machine operator experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Press brake machine operator experience is preferred for this position. Opportunity to support production, assembly, quality, and safety operations. What You Will Do? Execute manufacturing tasks and support assembly processes according to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Operate machinery and help maintain equipment and production facilities during daily production activities. Monitor product quality during production, perform inspections, and report deviations or defects promptly. Maximize productivity while minimizing downtime to support production output and efficiency targets. Follow all safety protocols, report hazards or incidents, and support a safe working environment. Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, quality control checks, and other required documentation. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve production-related issues. Assist with packaging as needed and keep the workplace clean during and at the end of each shift. Your Skills High school diploma or equivalent is required for this production role. Ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines accurately. Previous warehouse experience is an asset for this position. Experience operating production machinery and tools is an asset. English is required, and Spanish is a plus for day-to-day communication. Pay Details:
