In this vital role, you will support the production process by assisting with assembly, equipment operation, and material handling. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations, adherence to safety standards, and continuous process improvement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to high-quality product output. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including power tools and hand tools. Support mechanical assembly tasks by interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments to ensure precision. Handle materials manually and operate forklifts safely to move raw materials and finished products within the facility. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles. Aid in the inspection of products for quality control, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards. Support process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on workflow efficiencies and safety practices. Interpret production documents and follow detailed instructions to support assembly line operations effectively.
