This is an entry-level development role for someone who wants to grow into production and operations management. Previous management or supervisor experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong responsibility, follow-through, communication skills, data awareness, and a willingness to learn directly from the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily production coordination and communication with employees. Clearly communicate production expectations and work instructions to Spanish-speaking employees. Follow up on assigned tasks and help ensure work is completed correctly and on time. Assist with employee training on SOPs, proper machine operation, and safety requirements. Support daily equipment checks, machine cleaning, scheduled maintenance, and preventive maintenance activities. Help identify production, equipment, and workflow issues and follow up on corrective actions. Track basic production data such as output, downtime, scrap, labor efficiency, and maintenance completion. Support shift handoffs, floor organization, and continuous improvement activities. Gradually take on more production coordination and management responsibilities as training progresses.
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish required. No previous management or supervisor experience required. Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Mechanical repair, electrical, industrial maintenance, mechatronics, machine operation, equipment maintenance, or technical school background is a strong plus. Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and follow-through. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working directly on a manufacturing floor. Willing to learn both people management and production equipment management.

Operations Management Starting Pay:
