Contribute to a secure workplace by consistently following established safety protocols during all operational tasks. Log materials and labor hours precisely within the job traveler documentation and the digital operating system. Document any downtime or maintenance periods accurately within the company software. Keep your designated workstation organized and free of debris. Choose and mount the appropriate tooling to achieve the specific bend radius specified in the design prints. Configure and manage CNC or manual Press Brake equipment, adjusting back stops to produce high volumes of uniform components. Use precision measurement instruments to confirm that finished items meet design tolerances and satisfy client requirements. Observe machine performance to identify potential defects or mechanical issues, performing basic troubleshooting and escalating concerns to management when necessary. Organize finished components to facilitate efficient and secure transport to the subsequent production phase. Utilize various manual and electric tools as the project demands.
