Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Assistant to support a professional medical and aesthetic content production. You'll work closely with a Content Creator and a Virtual Producer to ensure a smooth and efficient production day. This is a hands on role that requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing medical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with production setup and breakdown.
- Help set up cameras, tripods, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
- Manage batteries, media cards, charging stations, and general gear organization.
- Assist with lighting adjustments during interviews and treatment demonstrations.
- Operate or assist with teleprompter setup and management.
- Help coordinate talent and client movement between interview and treatment locations.
- Slate takes and assist with production notes.
- Monitor production schedule and help keep the shoot running on time.
- Help organize and prepare media for transfer at the end of the shoot.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional production environment throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant on commercial, corporate, medical, or branded content shoots.
- Familiarity with camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Comfortable working in medical offices, clinics, or aesthetic treatment environments.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and patients.
- Ability to anticipate production needs and solve problems quickly.
- Able to lift and transport production equipment.
