JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for sewing cut vinyl/leather into various types of seat covers accurately.

JOB DUTIES

Collect appropriate pieces of vinyl/leather as needed for work order Sewing process will include sewing vinyl/leather, backing, welting, puffs and other upholstery materials per specifications Cleaning, oiling and maintaining machine as needed Maintain a clean workstation Must be able to sew and meet quality standards of current production effectively within grade level Any other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous sewing experience preferred Familiarity and comfort level around sewing machines Ability to sit or stand 10+ hours a day Manual dexterity Good coordination Detail oriented Color sensitivity Have good quality habits Have good attendance habits Ability to follow instructions accurately
