Job Description

Position Title :
Production Associate General Responsibilities :
Producing chemical products that meet the company's quality control standards Shipping chemical products that meet the customer's delivery request Operating a chemical plant safely and sustainably Managing the safety stock of raw materials and products
Responsibilities and Duties :
Draw up production and project schedules Supervise the production processes, ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently Follow product specifications and quality control measures Analyze all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement Train, supervise, and manage production operators Establish safety production procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account Review and draft documents prepared during production operation as necessary Follow all company regulations and safety policies at all times to prevent injury and ensure the finished products meet the company's quality control standards Respond to warning signals and alarms that indicate issues have arisen, taking all necessary precautions to prevent accidents or injuries Regulate or turn off machines in emergency situations and follow all instructions quickly and precisely Identify damages or defects of chemical processing machinery daily, make note of any instances and report them to management staff Assist in improving processes and product quality Work with other team members to complete the production process
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or chemistry Understanding of chemical process Proficiency in MS Office Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Strong leadership abilities Superb written and verbal communication skills Ability to make decisions under pressure Great attention to details and organizational skills Korean skill preferred
