Responsibilities May Include:

Shearing, breaking, fabricating, forming, punching, and notching sheet metal Operating machinery and manufacturing equipment Powder coating Welding, cutting, and torching Operating a forklift Building crates Using hand and power tools Measuring materials and components using a tape measure Assisting with other manufacturing and shop duties as needed

Requirements:

No previous manufacturing experience required Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for daily work Ability to lift and move panels weighing approximately 50-70 pounds Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work effectively as part of a team
