is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Sign Production & Installation Assistant to join our team in Laredo, TX. This is an entry-level position with training provided . No previous sign industry experience is required. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with computers, technology, tools, printing equipment, and hands-on projects . You will learn multiple areas of the sign industry, including digital printing, vinyl graphics, fabrication, and installation. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. College students are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Print banners, decals, vinyl graphics, and signs. Learn to operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters/plotters, and sign-production equipment. Measure, cut, trim, and prepare vinyl, PVC, acrylic, aluminum panels, and other sign materials. Apply vinyl and prepare signs and graphics for installation. Assist with sign fabrication and assembly. Prepare signs, tools, hardware, and materials for installations. Assist with interior and exterior sign installations. Use hand and power tools safely. Load, unload, lift, and carry signs and materials. Assist with site surveys and accurate measurements. Work from ladders and assist with lift/bucket-truck operations when properly trained. Use computers and AI tools such as ChatGPT for productivity, research, organization, and basic creative tasks. Maintain a clean and organized production area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Comfortable using or learning hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements. Ability to perform physical work and lift/carry sign materials. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and at heights when required. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus. Previous experience in signs, printing, graphics, construction, fabrication, installation, or handyman work is a plus, but not required . Pay:

$10.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
