Currently Offering Sign On Bonuses!!! We have numerous positions within our Marshall, Texas facility available now.
YOU MUST APPLY IN PERSON AT 333 MARSHALL STREET, MARSHALL, TEXAS.
Glaze Department
  • 2nd Shift Must be able to work 2:00pm
  • 10pm.
Loading / Unloading
pieces into robotic spray booths. Using hand pads to manually finish glazed pieces. Loading glazed pieces on the kilns. Checking Quality of glazed pieces prior to loading. Must be able to work 8 hour shifts on your feet. Daily end of shift clean up and house keeping. This department typically works Monday
  • Friday, with the occasional Saturday work. Glaze Department
  • 3rd Shift Must be able to work 10:00pm
  • 6am.

Machine Operators Monitor Hydraulic Press. Change out dies and molds in press. Monitor and adjust Robotic Finishing Stations. Check Quality of pieces coming off of press. Minor mechanical repairs as necessary. General Housekeeping of work area. Must be able to work overnight. Training for this position will occur on days, then you will transfer into a permanent shift
  • most likely being on an afternoon or overnight shift.
