Ready to play a hands-on role in creating high-quality liquid products? RPM Staffing is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Production Operators to join a 2nd shift production team in McKinney, TX. In this role, you'll own the full production process—from precise weigh-ups and batching to operating specialized equipment and keeping everything clean and ready for packaging. You'll combine the responsibilities of a Sanitation Operator with core production duties, ensuring every batch meets exact specifications and the highest food-safety standards. What You'll Do Production Execution Accurately perform raw-material weigh-ups Execute batching and blending operations to exact specifications Monitor process parameters and verify product quality in real time Equipment Operation & Cellar Work Operate key production systems, including: CIP Cart RO System Deaeration Skid Brewhouse / Pilot Brewhouse Hot & Cold Liquor Tanks Batching Table Blending Skid Fermenters Brite Tanks Handle cellar tasks such as tank preparation, product transfers, and staging for packaging CIP, Sanitation & Tank Readiness Perform CIP and sanitation of tanks and equipment Fill tanks with DA water and support overall equipment readiness Heat and maintain the Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) as needed Food Safety, Quality & Documentation Strictly follow GMP, SQF, and Food Safety Program guidelines Maintain sanitary conditions and prevent contamination Immediately report any food-safety or quality concerns Complete accurate batch documentation and production logs Coordinate closely with Quality and Packaging teams to hit production plans Location & Schedule On-site role in McKinney, Texas Must be physically present on the production floor every shift What We're Looking For Demonstrated ability and hands-on experience performing the full range of production, sanitation, and equipment-operation duties required for this role.
