These are hands-on leadership roles responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring shift efficiency, maintaining cGMP compliance, and supporting daily manufacturing performance. Multiple openings are available across all shifts and departments. Available Positions Depositing Lead (Multiple Openings) Responsible for leading the depositing department, including production flow, molding operations, and maintaining consistent product quality and output. Packaging Lead (Multiple Openings) Responsible for leading packaging operations, ensuring finished product is properly packed, labeled, counted, and prepared for shipment in compliance with quality and production standards. 2:00 PM•10:00 PM or until finished Schedules may extend beyond standard hours based on production demand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Production Leadership Provide hands-on leadership to assigned production teams (Depositing or Packaging). Ensure employees understand daily assignments, production goals, and quality expectations. Support Supervisors in maintaining efficient staffing and workflow across shifts. Monitor production activities to ensure smooth and continuous operations. Scheduling & Shift Coordination Support execution of production schedules for assigned department. Assist with break coverage, line balancing, and staffing adjustments. Communicate production delays, staffing gaps, or equipment issues to Supervisors. Ensure effective shift handoffs and continuity of operations. Training & Employee Support Train employees on equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Reinforce GMP, safety, and food safety standards. Support onboarding and training of new employees. Provide real-time coaching to improve performance and efficiency. Production & KPI Support Monitor production performance including: Output per hour/shift Equipment efficiency and downtime Employee productivity Support achievement of daily production targets. Escalate issues affecting quality, safety, or output. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with c

requirements, food safety standards, and company policies. Support in-process quality checks specific to department:
Depositing:
weight, mold quality, consistency
Packaging:
seal integrity, label accuracy, count verification Ensure accurate documentation of production and quality records. Maintain clean and compliant work areas. Equipment & Operations Support Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, breakdown, and startup procedures. Support basic troubleshooting and escalate maintenance issues as needed. Ensure proper sanitation and A-Clean procedures are completed between production runs. Communication & Coordination Act as a communication link between employees and Supervisors. Provide real-time updates on production status and operational issues. Support coordination between Depositing output and Packaging readiness when needed. Ensure accurate shift-to-shift communication. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Prior manufacturing or food production experience preferred. Gummy, confectionery, or high-volume production experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of GMP and food safety practices. Leadership and team coordination experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
