full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Manufacturing/Production Associate to support daily production operations at our Austin, TX facility. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience. Responsibilities Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling activities according to established procedures. Operate basic production machinery, tools, and equipment following proper training and safety guidelines. Inspect products and components to ensure quality and accuracy. Follow production schedules, SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements. Meet daily production and quality targets. Record production quantities, quality checks, and other required information. Report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all PPE, safety, and housekeeping requirements. Work effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth production operations. Qualifications High School Diploma (HSD), GED, or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or a similar environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic understanding of workplace safety and manufacturing procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime or different shifts as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
