Job Description
What are we looking for? We are looking for a hardworking dedicated person to come in at an expert level possessing skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical technician work. The perfect candidate will be able to take on the job training with our specific equipment used to apply paint coating to aluminum, and keep the machinery running safe and efficient. The technician will be able to : Work directly with other seasoned technicians and Plant Mechanic Learn the various operating components of the coil coating line machinery Learn to perform specific Preventative Maintenance actions Learn how to address breakdowns and what solutions are available to get the machinery up and running in a safe and timely manner Assist with all maintenance on machinery Provide support to other employees in area to operate in a safe and efficient manner Handle petty cash as needed Why Rainstamp? Permanent Full Time Position (40 hours) Paid onsite training Opportunities for career advancement Annual raises based on length of service not merit BCBS Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Access to Total Employee Wellness Program 401k with 2% employer match paid bi weekly 3 weeks PTO after one year employment Qualifications Required 3+ years industrial maintenance or technician experience Strong multi-craft skills: plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic Ability to use power tools and a multimeter, along with basic computer skills Basic understanding of warehouse operations, and safety rules Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds throughout a workday Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training Qualifications Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Any forklift experience a plus!
