Job Description

Job Summary The Production Clerk will be responsible for providing support and ensuring compliance with the Production Department administrative duties. Comply with all Mission, procedures, instructions. Must be able to analyze and collect data to make accurate recommendations based on findings. Responsibilities Collect, review and analyze production data to support departmental goals. Maintain computer and database systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility Prepare reports, charts and presentation materials for management and team meetings. Provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to the Production department. Accurately type, prepare and maintain documents and records in accordance with quality standards. Enter Key production transaction date into databases with a high degree of accuracy on a daily basis Demonstrate aa cooperative and professional demeanor, offering assistance and support to company personnel as needed. Research, track, and reconcile production documentation issues and discrepancies. Communicate effectively with management and staff, compiling and presenting reports as required. Collect, file, and maintain all documents related to the Production Department, including production reports, scrap reports, attendance lists, downtime reports, inventor records, and material requisitions. Assist Production Supervisors as needed to ensure smooth departmental operations Generate and distribute all required departmental reports in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs. Experience High School Diploma/GED required. Associate degree in any Manufacturing related certification a plus. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with proven experience in creating, managing, and presenting complex documents and reports Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred Fluent in English and Spanish required Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative approach. Customer Service attitude (internal & external) Capable of working effectively within a complex reporting structure and team environment. Able to work independently or with minimal supervision Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3
PM Pay:
$15.00 per hour
