We are a growing, mid‑sized food production and processing company looking for reliable, motivated individuals to support our growing operations. If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in quality, and don't mind a cold work environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Handle, wash, cut, trim, and package fresh fruits and vegetables
• Work on production lines to meet daily output and quality goals
• Use knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and QA guidelines
• Wear required PPE such as gloves, aprons, and cut‑resistant equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly

Work Environment:

• Cold, refrigerated production floor (34-38°F)
• Wet conditions with consistent contact with water and fresh produce
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work in cold and wet conditions
• Ability to work overtime
• Comfortable standing for long periods (8-10 hours)
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable using knives and handheld cutting tools
• Team player with reliable attendance
• Willingness to follow strict food safety and PPE guidelines
• Previous production or food processing experience a plus, but not required — we provide training!

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, bending, and repeated movements throughout the shift
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40-50 lbs
• Frequent use of hands for trimming, sorting, cutting, and packaging
• Ability to wear PPE such as hairnets, aprons, waterproof boots, gloves, and cut‑resistant sleeves
