Day Shift openings:

6:00 AM-4:00 PM Night Shift openings: 8:00 PM-6:00 AM This is a hands-on manufacturing position operating and monitoring industrial production equipment used to manufacture steel products. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required. What You'll Do Operate and monitor industrial production machinery Feed and handle materials used in the production process Monitor equipment and product quality Perform equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting Perform quality checks on finished products Complete production records and required paperwork Report equipment or production issues Follow safety procedures and required PPE Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with the production team to meet safety, quality, and production goals What We're Looking For We're looking for reliable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Machine operation Manufacturing Production Warehouse Material handling Assembly Mechanical work Industrial equipment Steel or metal manufacturing Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working around industrial equipment, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. English and Spanish bilingual communication skills are required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish in a manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements This is a physically active manufacturing position requiring: Standing for extended periods Frequent bending and movement Climbing stairs and platforms Working around industrial machinery Occasionally moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
