Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Sun Care Associates. This position involves assisting in the production of our premium sun care products, including sunscreens, tanning oils, and skincare items. The role offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork and quality are valued. No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided. The position is ideal for those who enjoy working in a clean, air-conditioned space and want to contribute to creating high-quality products that customers love. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

Measure, mix, and batch formulas accurately according to specifications. Operate small bottling machines with ease and safety. Inspect products and label items meticulously. Pack orders carefully for store accounts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in collaboration with team members. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure quality standards.

Qualifications:

No previous experience required; ability to follow instructions is essential. Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and lifting between 35-50 lbs safely. Energetic team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Dependable with reliable attendance and transportation.

Bonus:

Experience with social media marketing and proficiency in Canva is a plus for supporting marketing efforts.
