What You Will Do:
- + Complete daily work functions within production operations in a safe and efficient manner + Blend, react, package, and transfer finished chemical products while maintaining quality standards + Operate mechanical and electrical equipment including pumps, mixers, automation control systems, and packaging equipment + Perform forklift operations to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials throughout the facility + Complete production documentation including production tickets, goods receipts, inventory transactions, and shipping documentation + Conduct daily inspections of equipment and work areas while maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the facility + Comply with all plant safety initiatives, environmental requirements, and quality procedures, including near-miss and incident reporting + Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy + Ensure compliance with all applicable ISO requirements and company operating procedures + Work closely with Production Team Leads and cross-functional teams to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations + Operate commercial CDL vehicles to transport materials between company facilities and customer locations within the Midland/Odessa area, as business needs require.

Chemical Technologies Manufacturing Operations + Reports to: Production Team Leads + Ability to work the assigned plant operations schedule, including overtime as needed + Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testingMinimum Qualifications:
- + 6 months of relevant experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment + High School Diploma or GED + Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator + Physically able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 pounds + Must currently hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), issued by the state in which the candidate resides + Must possess HazMat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain both within 30 days of hire.

- + May be required to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 60 pounds. + Ability to climb stairs and ladders on a regular basis. + Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the workday. + Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including a respirator. + Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Two-year Process Technology degree preferred + Minimum of one year of experience as an operator in a batch or specialty chemical manufacturing plant + Minimum of one year of relevant manufacturing or production experience + Forklift operation certification preferred + 24-Hour
HAZWOPER
certification preferred + Basic computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal business systems + Prior experience that demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills + Prior experience that demonstrates strong work ethic, effective time management, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail + Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment- About Us
