Job Duties:
Operate a logo/heat press machine to apply designs to caps.
Properly position caps and logos before pressing.
Monitor the pressing process to ensure logos are applied correctly.
Inspect finished caps for quality, alignment, and defects.
Sort and organize completed caps.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and production instructions.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
Perform other general production duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or pressing experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Must have good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Must be dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Ability to repeatedly handle caps and materials throughout the shift.
