Pay Details:

1st

Shift:

5:00 AM

•5:00 PM | Monday

•Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $15.00/hr. 2nd

Shift:

5:00 PM

•5:00 AM | Monday

•Wednesday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr. 3rd

Shift:

5:00 AM

•5:00 PM | Friday

•Sunday + Every other Thursday | $16.00/hr. 4th

•Sunday + Every other Thursday | $17.00/hr. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Job Duties Produce personalized photo gifts including custom mugs, blankets, canvas prints, and other photo products. Operate, monitor, and maintain digital printers, cutting equipment, binding machines, and packaging machinery. Customize customer photos and designs using production software and printing systems. Inspect finished products for image quality, color accuracy, alignment, and overall customer specifications. Identify and correct production issues, defects, and printing inconsistencies. Review customer orders, select materials, and prioritize work to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Load production materials, monitor workflow, and maintain efficient production output. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
