This hands-on role includes stamping, assembly, finishing, and other production tasks in a fast-paced workshop environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying organized, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with stamping, assembly, and finishing of leather products Use hand tools and designated production equipment safely and accurately Handle and organize small components, tools, and materials Check products for quality and accuracy throughout production Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and requirements for protective equipment Move materials and lift items weighing up to 40-50 pounds as needed Switch between tasks to support the team and meet daily and seasonal production goals Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good hand dexterity and comfort performing detailed, repetitive tasks Strong organizational skills, especially when working with small components Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks and processes Ability to stay focused and work efficiently while meeting deadlines Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude Dependability, integrity, and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements and Work Environment Work takes place in a warehouse and production environment Requires extended periods of standing Involves repetitive hand and finger movements and frequent handling of small tools and components Requires lifting and moving items weighing up to 40-50 pounds as needed Involves moving between workstations and adjusting to changing production needs Work pace increases during the holiday season, with daily production deadlines
