SWP​ is a Dallas-based, female-founded brand that brings a pop of fun to all of life's happiest celebrations. Our personalized accessories are perfect for bachelorette parties, girls weekends, honeymoons, and beyond. We are looking for someone to join our production team to help make all of our custom products (training given). Looking for someone detail oriented and works well with their hands.

Ideal candidate will be:

• Self-starter; for example, you see an issue with a product and you offer solutions to fix it
• Extremely detail oriented to ensure each order goes out the door just as ordered
• Coachable and resourceful
• Trustworthy and transparent, you are holding the key to daily operations so transparency and direct communication is important

Responsibilities:

Operate Barudan embroidery machine, including thread, bobbin, and needle changes Confirm correct logo, placement, and thread colors used Setup files on embroidery machines Place apparel on magnetic hoops/ regular hoops Communicate with the art department and production to prioritize and execute workflow Multitask to maintain production rate consistency Perform quality assurance measures pre

• and post-production Occasionally perform cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.) and sorting as needed to keep production and storage area clean Follow all company policies
• Daily creation of incoming orders

• Ensure SLAs are met for orders (including rush orders)
• Assist and prep all orders for production
• from weeding, inventory management, order management, box preparation and shipment receiving
• Inventory management
