This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on technical work, operating manufacturing equipment, and following detailed processes in a precision-driven production environment. Our wafer fabrication operation utilizes a variety of manual semiconductor processes and equipment. We are looking for dependable individuals with semiconductor manufacturing experience who are comfortable working with wafers, tools, and equipment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. If you have experience in wafer fabrication, semiconductor processing, or a similar technical manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform hands-on wafer fabrication and semiconductor processing activities. Operate wafer fabrication equipment and tools according to established procedures. Follow detailed process instructions, work orders, and manufacturing specifications. Handle semiconductor wafers and materials with care throughout production. Monitor process performance and maintain accurate production records. Support daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals. Maintain clean and organized work areas while following safety and quality standards. Assist with equipment setup, operation, and routine process monitoring. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address process or equipment issues. Consistently perform precision-oriented work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications Required 2-4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, or a related technical manufacturing environment. Experience operating wafer fab equipment or similar precision manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting ability. Ability to follow detailed procedures and manufacturing instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable work ethic and ability to perform repetitive precision tasks. Ability to learn new processes, equipment, and manufacturing techniques. Preferred Experience with cleanroom manufacturing environments. Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes. Experience with photolithography, thin film processing, etching, or related semiconductor operations. Experience working with GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) or compound semiconductor technologies. Hands-on equipment maintenance, repair, adjustment, and troubleshooting experience. Technical training, military electronics experience, or an Associate degree in a related field.
