You will be responsible for supporting assembly lines, operating equipment, and ensuring manufacturing standards are met with precision. Duties Operate various machinery and power tools, including forklifts and hand tools, to support assembly and production activities Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards Use measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure components meet specifications Assist with mechanical assembly tasks, including heavy lifting and manual handling of parts and materials Maintain a clean, organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and waste reduction practices aligned with lean manufacturing principles Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions for enhanced productivity Follow safety standards rigorously during all operations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols in the manufacturing facility Skills Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment with familiarity in assembly line processes Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately Skilled in operating power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Experience with manufacturing management systems or production documentation is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely while maintaining productivity goals Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing practices and process improvement techniques Excellent teamwork skills with experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams effectively Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
