Production Supervisor Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for filling, sealing, assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical and retail products according to company procedures and customer specifications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a production environment, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Responsibilities Fill, seal, assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications. Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, work instructions, and required training. Perform production line setup, startup, shutdown, and cleanup. Perform required in-process testing and documentation. Inspect products for defects and report issues to the Production Supervisor. Accurately complete production paperwork and tracking documentation. Verify product identification against job orders and specifications. Maintain production levels according to established standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work cooperatively with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors. Cross-train in other production functions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Ability to read and follow simple written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position. Physical Requirements Regularly lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasionally lift objects weighing more than 21 pounds. Frequently stand, walk, sit, reach, hear, and communicate. May occasionally bend and stoop. May require kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, or overhead reaching. Work Environment This position works in a warehouse/production environment and may involve: Working near moving mechanical equipment. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Exposure to extreme cold or heat on occasion. Exposure to vibration. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
