Full-Time Position Summary The Production Line Worker in the Tubing Department is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient production of tubing products. This includes operating machinery, monitoring product quality, following safety standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor tubing production line equipment according to established procedures. Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications. Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products as needed. Perform routine checks and adjustments on machines to maintain efficiency. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE. Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Assist team members and support production goals as directed by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required (training provided). Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance or mechanical equipment. Requires standing for long periods (8 to 12-hour shifts), as well as frequent bending, squatting, reaching, twisting, and climbing. Regular exposure to repetitive hand and arm movements, vibration, and manual handling of materials and tools. Must be comfortable working around loud machinery, moving parts, metal shavings, oil, and grease, and temperature-variable environments (hot/cold). Must be able to manually feed materials, remove finished parts, and operate mechanical and hydraulic equipment safely. Ability to maintain focus and stamina in a fast-paced production environment. You must always wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) when in the production facility (e.g., steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hat) Background requirements: Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
