ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assemble products and components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Safely use hand and power tools, including drills and cutting tools. Measure, cut, strip, and prepare wire and other assembly materials. Assist production employees with manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly tasks. Load, move, organize, and stage materials and finished products. Inspect materials and completed products for defects and quality concerns. Maintain a clean and safe workstation and follow all PPE and safety procedures. Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals and complete assigned tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, construction, mechanical, or production experience preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools; ability to safely operate drills and cutting equipment. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills. Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. #psseguin
