Temp RPM Staffing in Sherman is seeking Temporary General Operators to support production operations. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple manufacturing areas through cross-training and hands-on learning.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support daily production operations Cross-train and work in multiple departments, including: Stake Flags Extrusion Roll Flagging Follow safety, quality, and production standards Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Schedule:

The position will initially be assigned to the day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Based on production needs, employees may transition to a DuPont rotating shift schedule at a later date.

Employment Type:
