Duties Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and production standards Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to meet sanitation and food safety standards Monitor production lines for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any deviations from quality standards in real-time Support inventory management using SAP or similar systems to track raw materials and finished goods Follow all FDA regulations, regulatory compliance standards, and safety procedures during daily operations Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets while ensuring compliance with food industry regulations Requirements Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing environments preferred, especially within food & beverage production plants Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management systems Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and quality checks Strong understanding of safety standards in production, sanitation practices, and GMP compliance Ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively, demonstrating managerial communication skills when necessary Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management software is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance within the food industry Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards Join us as a Production Worker and help us produce safe, high-quality food products that delight customers worldwide.
