PG Golf LLC is looking for a quality individual to fill the role of Pad Print Associate for the Refinishing Department.Summary:
This critical role will coordinate activities with refinishing production to meet all specifications and quality requirements. This role will be responsible to properly stamp golf balls by operating a personalized, multi-colored pad print machine to ensure productivity levels are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Operate and control assigned pad printing equipment.
- Ensure first article (first ball) inspection is completed.
- Inspect sample balls during the stamping process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Record pad-printed ball production and accumulated waste.
- Monitor and maintain equipment (e.g., change and clean ink wells, plates, pads, ect.).
- Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Requirements / Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:
Must have prior pad print or similar experience.- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
- Must be organized and follow a schedule.
- Ability to use and understan measuring devices and tolerances
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Combination of Education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- This is an hourly position. Schedule is Friday through Monday from 6am to 4:30pm.
- Project work may require occasionally over time.
