Night Shift Rotation:

2 days on / 2 days off / 3 Days on /3 days off Essential Job Functions Safely operate or assist with manufacturing equipment in accordance with company procedures Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Load, inspect, package, and move raw materials and finished goods Monitor product quality and report nonconforming material or process issues Track and document production output, scrap, and downtime Apply labels and complete required production documentation Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas Collaborate with operators, packers, and team members to meet production goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work 12‑hour shifts Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Basic math and mechanical aptitude Ability to understand and follow safety rules, work instructions, and production documentation, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to use or be trained on basic computer or production systems Dependable, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused Non‑English‑speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
