Production Operator Taylor, TX | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Multiple Openings — 1st & 2nd Shift $18.16

Lingo Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a growing, ISO-certified manufacturer in Taylor, TX — a company that's been engineering premium, American-made worksurfaces for decades and is expanding its team right now. No manufacturing experience required. Pay & Schedule Pay:
$18.16
  • $20.
24 per hour, depending on position and shift — 2nd shift earns a higher rate. Paid weekly.

  • 4:00 PM 2nd

  • 2:00 AM Overtime and weekend work are required as production demands — candidates must be available for both. Open Positions You'll be matched to a position based on your shift preference and availability. Molding Operator — $19.24
  • $20.24/hr (1st & 2nd shift) Operate molding equipment to cast high-performance resin products Produce products to exact specifications Perform quality inspections and maintain production efficiency Cure Oven Operator — $18.20
