Oil and Gas Production Lease Operator Location:

Eagle Ford Shale Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oil and Gas Production Operator to oversee and maintain our production facilities. This role is critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas production activities. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate production equipment. Perform routine checks, inspections, and maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Record and maintain accurate production and equipment logs. Coordinate with day-shift operators for seamless shift transitions. Assist in training and mentoring junior operators as needed. Follow all company policies and procedures. Operate and maintain familiarity with SCADA systems. Qualifications Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Proven experience as an Oil and Gas Production Operator. Working knowledge of oil and gas production processes and equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compensation and Benefits This position is paid with the following pay structure:

Hourly Rate:

$26.00 - $30.00 based on experience. Overtime rates (time and a half) apply.

Work Rotation:

8x6 schedule, 10-hour shifts .
