Responsibilities:

• Unpack and inspect incoming parts and update in system.
• Perform Bead Blasting and surface preparation tasks according to project requirements
• Follow travelers or project specifications to ensure accurate and precise work
• Rack parts to prepare for Anodizing or other metal finishing processes
• Maintain and clean workspace to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with Anodizing and other processes as needed
• Some daily/weekly cleaning and maintenance responsibilities will be required.
• Inspect and Package parts to prepare for shipping.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bead blaster or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret travelers or project specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
