Our vertically integrated supply chain supports utility‑scale, commercial, and residential solar projects, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, safety, and compliance. About the Role As a Production Associate in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly, fabrication, and packaging of products. Your work will directly impact the quality and timeliness of production output, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing process. You will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain production schedules and meet company standards. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Ultimately, your efforts will support the delivery of high-quality products to customers while optimizing operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA regulations. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience using hand tools and production equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety and operational guidelines. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly. Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to improve production skills and knowledge.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday from 8:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
