Trim Operator Weimar, TX 78962
Remove excess material or flash using hand trimming, die trimming, or machine trimming methods.
Use razor blades, scalpels, scissors, and other sharp trimming tools safely.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and production standards.
Use calipers, scales, rulers, and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
Record production information accurately in the MRP system.
Maintain proper product identification and traceability.
Transport materials to and from designated production areas.
Assist with preventive maintenance as needed.
Follow established work procedures, safety policies, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet production deadlines with limited supervision.
Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
Basic computer, math, and measurement skills.
Ability to safely operate machinery and use hand-trimming tools.
Ability to consistently lift and push up to 50 pounds.
Must wear required PPE and safety footwear.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.#psschulenburg
