Dispatch Entry Level Production Associate | American Fork, UT Nexeo Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join a collaborative manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and learning new skills. Production Associates will work alongside a team of 5-8 employees, including a Room Lead, while gaining experience across multiple workstations and learning to operate a variety of production equipment. Responsibilities Prepare products for packaging into cans, pouches, and kits. Operate and learn different production machines and equipment. Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals. Rotate between workstations and learn new processes. Follow safety, quality, and production procedures. Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and twisting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new processes and equipment. Ability to work well in a team environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Ability to stand and remain active for a 12-hour shift. Able to regularly perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
