This role offers an energetic environment where you will actively contribute to the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your dedication will help us maintain excellence in food safety, sanitation, and packaging while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Operate food processing equipment and machinery in accordance with FDA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and other safety standards. Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products while adhering to strict quality assurance protocols. Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with food safety management systems and quality standards; identify and report any deviations or issues promptly. Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools to meet sanitation standards and prevent contamination. Support inventory management through SAP or similar systems by tracking raw materials, finished goods, and supplies accurately. Follow all regulatory/legal compliance standards in production processes to ensure product safety and legal adherence. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement continuous improvement strategies that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. Qualifications Prior experience in food production or manufacturing management within a food processing plant is highly preferred. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety management systems. Strong understanding of quality assurance practices within the food and beverage industry. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, weights, and inventory tracking. Excellent communication skills for managing production or assembly teams effectively. Commitment to maintaining safety standards in production environments; experience with sanitation procedures is a plus. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
