Production Worker Swing Shift

Job Summary Join our manufacturing team as a Production Worker. This job requires attention to detail, promptness, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Duties Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly. Support manufacturing processes by handling materials, loading and unloading products, and maintaining organized workstations. Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to facility guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory movements and equipment usage. Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Warehouse experience involving forklift operation or material handling is a plus. Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment to promote a secure workplace.
