What You'll Do:

Coach team members on safety awareness and personal responsibility Address and resolve unsafe conditions promptly Support employee growth by communicating training needs and plans Facilitate strong communication between shifts and departments Oversee and verify production records (HACCP, sanitation checklists, etc.) Lead setups, changeovers, and ensure production runs within operating standards Conduct root cause analyses for issues and help implement solutions Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely coaching on errors Promote a positive, supportive training experience for new hires Perform other duties as needed to support the department What you bring High school diploma or GED strongly preferred 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and work processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and lead by example in a fast-paced setting Apply today to grow your career with Litehouse Foods and lead a team that's passionate about quality, collaboration, and community.
