Compensation:
$70,000-$120,000 per year, including base salary and performance- based compensation

Rizzini USA is the exclusive U.S. importer and distributor of B. Rizzini firearms, bringing Italian craftsmanship, performance, and tradition to the American sporting market. Our product portfolio includes field, upland, sporting, competition, premium, and custom shotguns sold through a nationwide network of firearms dealers, shooting facilities, sporting clubs, lodges, distributors, and specialty retailers. We are focused on expanding the Rizzini brand through strong dealer partnerships, disciplined sales execution, exceptional product knowledge, and outstanding customer support.
POSITION SUMMARY
Rizzini USA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow dealer business within an assigned territory. This position is responsible for driving sales performance, developing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and strengthening Rizzini's presence within the shooting sports market. The Account Manager will serve as the primary owner of assigned dealer relationships while working closely with Rizzini USA management, independent sales representatives, Marketing, Operations, and Service. This is not an order-taking position. We are looking for someone who will actively develop their territory, identify opportunities, build strong dealer relationships, and help our partners successfully sell Rizzini products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Own sales performance and account growth within an assigned territory.  Develop and execute account strategies focused on revenue growth, stocking levels, product assortment, reorders, and new product adoption.  Build strong relationships with dealer owners, buyers, managers, and sales teams through consistent communication and in-person visits.  Proactively identify, prospect, and develop qualified new Rizzini dealers in underserved and growth markets.  Maintain an active pipeline of new business and follow through on open opportunities.  Work closely with independent sales representatives and rep agencies to improve territory coverage, account activity, and sales performance.  Provide direction and priorities to rep partners while maintaining ownership of key dealer relationships.  Conduct dealer staff training, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.  Support dealer events, demo days, trade shows, competitions, promotions, and new product launches.  Monitor dealer performance, inventory needs, competitive activity, pricing, and regional market trends.  Participate in forecasting, inventory planning, and territory development.  Provide management with accurate sales updates, dealer feedback, market intelligence, and future opportunities.  Maintain accurate account, prospect, order, and sales activity information within company systems.  Represent Rizzini professionally in all dealer, customer, and industry interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required  Minimum 5 years of professional sales, account management, territory management, or business-development experience.  Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and develop new business.  Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.  Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.  Proactive sales mentality with strong follow-through and accountability.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM, ERP, inventory, or order-management systems.  Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 30-50%. Preferred  Experience within the firearms, shooting sports, hunting, outdoor, or sporting- goods industries.  Firearms manufacturer, distributor, dealer, or manufacturer's representative experience.  Existing relationships within the firearms dealer or shooting-sports network.  Experience working with independent sales representatives or rep agencies.  Knowledge of premium shotguns, clay-target shooting, competition shooting, and upland hunting.  Experience representing a brand at dealer events, trade shows, competitions, or product demonstrations.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE A
successful Account Manager will:  Grow territory revenue and existing dealer business.  Develop productive new dealer relationships.  Increase dealer stocking levels, product assortment, and reorder frequency.  Improve sell-through and new product adoption.  Maintain a healthy pipeline of future business.  Effectively coordinate independent sales representatives.  Provide accurate forecasts and meaningful market intelligence.  Build dealer knowledge, confidence, and enthusiasm for the Rizzini brand.
