Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. $20p/h. Duties Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, following detailed instructions and specifications. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in the movement of materials within the manufacturing facility, including loading and unloading supplies as needed. Skills Previous production experience is preferred but willing to train any experience level with the right attitude Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues effectively. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience working on an assembly line is advantageous, demonstrating an ability to follow procedures accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
